The Kermit Middle School Blue Devils dropped Harts Middle to 4-3 overall and 3-1 in the conference with Thursday night’s 44-35 win over the Lions at the Kermit gym.
Kyle Browning led Harts with 13 points. He made two 3-pointers and had four steals for the game.
Drew Williamson also broke into double digits in scoring with 12 points.
C.J. Dalton had five points, while Caleb Ellis had three and Carson Toney two. Toney also had five rebounds.
The Lions shot just 33 percent from the floor.
