  • Teddy James White, 20, of Verdunville faces charges of burglary, transferring/receiving stolen property and petit larceny. Logan Deputy J. N. Sheppard executed a warrant issued after he answered a call about a burglary at Mud Fork Road in Logan County. The homeowner came home to find her window open and several items and $100 in cash missing. A neighbor confirmed to the officer White had sold him one of the items. The officer recovered the item and the accused brought several items back to the victim.

  • Ricky Clark, 39, of Kistler, charges: obstructing and simple possession. The West Virginia State Police arrested Clark after he had been driving around an investigation attempting to record it. Officers asked him to leave, but he came back as a passenger in the same car and was still trying to record the investigation. An officer stopped the car and found contraband in Clark’s pocket. Clark was released under $1,500 bond.

  • Scott Pack, 41, of Logan, was arrested by Logan Patrolman Maynard for driving under the influence. Pack was released under $2,500 bond.
  • Aaron Casey Ellis, 26, of Whitman, was arrested by West Virginia State Police for failure to register as a sex offender. Bond is set at $5,000.
