LOGAN – West Virginia State Police arrested Kenneth Osborne, 29, of Lorado, charging him with 16 counts of destruction of property.

Osborne was part of a group of people accused of cutting, burning and selling telephone wire belonging to Frontier Communications in the Buffalo Creek area of Logan County.

Officers received information from local residents, and obtained receipts from Kelly Smith’s Recycling at Crown documenting the sale of telephone wire on 23 different occasions. The receipts were signed by Osborne.

Bond for Osborne was set at $10,000.
