Indictments handed down by the grand jury during the January 2013 term included two murder in the second degree charges.


The list of those indicted in Judge Roger Perry’s court, including charges and bonds, were:


• Ronald Adkins was indicted for forgery, uttering and identity theft. No bound over; no bond.


• Buddie J. Blevins was indicted for arson in the third degree, felony destruction of property, battery on a police officer, obstructing an officer, petit larceny and destruction of property (a misdemeanor). $10,000 property bond posted.


• Johnny Ray Browning was indicted for cultivation of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. $5,000 Personal Recognizant bond.


• Anthony Bryant was indicted for three counts delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. $10,000 Property bond posted.


• Xzambria (aka Xambria) Bryant was indicted for delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance. No bound over; no bond.


• Eddie L. Burton was indicted on second offense driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or drugs, driving when license revoked or suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs third offense, driving without a valid drivers license, operation of a vehicle without evidence of registration, unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles. No bound over; no bond.


• Tony Joseph Butler was indicted for grand larceny, petit larceny and felony destruction of property (a felony). No bound over; no bond.


• Steven W. Copley was indicted for grand larceny. $3,000 bond, 10 percent posted.


• David B. Cupler was indicted for 39 counts of fraud in connection with an access device. No bound over; no bond.


• Patrick Dale Damron was indicted for failure to register or provide notice of registration changes. No bound over; no bond.


• Patrick Dale Damron was indicted for burglary and grand larceny. $5,000 personal recognizant bond.


• Michael Lee Deckard was indicted for burglary and grand larceny. No bound over, no bond.


• Christopher Paul Dingess was indicted for murder in the second degree. No bond.


• Douglas R. Dingess Jr., was indicted for prescription fraud – obtaining possession of a Schedule II controlled substance by fraud. $7,500 bond.


• Douglas Ray Dingess Jr., was indicted for grand larceny, four counts of petit larceny, obstructing an officer and fleeing from an officer on foot. $10,000 bond.


• Douglas Ray Dingess Jr., was indicted for burglary and attempted grand larceny. $7,500 bond posted.


• Bobby Duncan was indicted for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, three counts of conspiracy, defective equipment and window tint violation. No bound over; no bond.


• Terry Ray Fields was indicted on two counts failure to register or provide notice of registration changes. No bound over; no bond.


• Jeffrey Ray Moore was indicted for felony fleeing in a vehicle, fleeing on foot, obstructing an officer, destruction of property (a misdemeanor), unsafe and improperly equipped vehicles and reckless driving. No bound over; no bond.


• Stevie Mullins was indicted for murder in the second degree and malicious assault. No bond.


• Shane Noel was indicted for grand larceny. No bound over; no bond.


• Benjamin Ratliff was indicted for daytime burglary, attempted grand larceny and destruction of property (a misdemeanor). $2,500 bond posted.


• William J. Sumpter was indicted for driving when license revoked or suspended for DUI of alcohol, controlled substance or drugs third or subsequent offense, operating ATV on centerline roadway and possession of marijuana. No bound over; no bond.


• Terry Ray Tomblin was indicted for 12 counts felon in possession of a firearm. No bound over; no bond.


• Berbin Gilbert Townsend Jr. as indicted for embezzlement. $5,000 personal recognizant bond.


• Crystal Vanorstrand was indicted for possession of a Schedule III controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled Schedule II substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver and four counts conspiracy. $1,500 bond (need a new bond).


• Christopher Shannon Wells was indicted for two counts third offense driving under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or drugs and driving left of center. No bound over; no bond.


Arraignments for those listed above will begin at 8:30 a.m. Friday, January 25, in Judge Perry’s court.
