The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission and the West Virginia Council for Community and Technical College Education Statewide Student Advisory Council held their monthly meeting on the Logan Campus of Southern to discuss “Strategies for Budget Cuts” and a review of the annual presentation for the Higher Learning Commission later this year. Those attending were First Lady/President of Southern Joanne Jaeger Tomblin; Student Chairman Adam Fridley; HEDC Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Kathy Butler and HEPC Director of Student and Educational Services Daniel Crockett. Other students from across the region attended through teleconference.
