• Homer Allen Spry, 35, of Dingess, was arrested and charged with shoplifting 3rd offense on January 16 by the Logan Police Department. He was released on a $2,000 bond.

• Jason Lee Masters, 33, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and domestic battery on January 21 by the West Virginia State Police. He was released on a $2,000 bond.

• Corey Jamal Sherod, 22, was arrested and charged on January 22 for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance. He is being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $7,500 bail.

• Greg Allen Matney, 34, was arrested and charged with battery on January 27 by the WVSP. He was released on a $2,500 bond.

• Kevin Wayne Belcher, 39, was arrested on February 1 by the WVSP for domestic assault and domestic battery 2nd offense. He was released on a $5,000 bond.

• Michael Kent Meade, 28, was arrested on February 4 by the WVSP for exceeding speed limit of 25 mph, no operators, possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams and obstructing an officer. He was released on a $2,500 bond.

• Sean Ashley Smith, 38, was arrested on February 4 by the WVSP for possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams, domestic assault and domestic battery. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
