CHARLESTON — Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin and First Lady Joanne Jaeger Tomblin have invited West Virginians to participate in an Easter Carnival at the Capitol grounds on Saturday, March 23rd.
“From pictures with the Easter Bunny to games, face painting, clowns and more, each year the Easter Carnival brings friends and families together for fun and fellowship,” Gov. Tomblin said. “Joanne and I want to thank the many sponsors and volunteers who continue to support this family-friendly spring gathering.”
From 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, March 23, the North Plaza of the State Capitol Complex will be transformed into a carnival complete with games, prizes, treats and an appearance by the Easter Bunny.
