DINGERSS, W.Va. — Mr. Terry Ray Jeffrey Sr., 50, of Dingess, was born June 30, 1962, at Logan, a son of Delores Justice Hinkle of Dingess and the late Ross Jeffrey. He departed his life Sunday, March 17, 2013, at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston.
Mr. Jeffrey was a former coal miner, truck driver and of the Baptist faith.
Also preceding him in death was a brother, Michael Jeffrey.
Additional survivors include his step-dad, whom he looked at as a father, Johnny Dingess; wife, Barbara Ellen Farley Jeffrey; children, Crystal Ellen (Jamie) Conley and Terry R. (Jessica) Jeffrey Jr., both of Dingess; grandchildren, Nicholas Ray Jeffrey, Tara Michelle Jeffrey, Abigail Rose Conley, Jason Dakota Jeffrey, Alyssa Grace Jeffrey and Ryley Faith Jeffrey; special friend who was like a brother, Leon Riffe; mother-in-law, Maxine Jane Farley; his boss, that was like a Dad, Carl Kirk; sisters, Yvonne Hughes of Whitman, Sherrie Mullins of Beech Creek, and Cheryl Workman of Omar; brothers, Ross Jeffrey Jr. and Kevin Jeffrey, both of Dingess, Miguel Jeffrey of Kentucky and Virgil Jeffrey of North Carolina, and several special nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Pastor Bobby Wooten officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services at Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.
